Juzni vetar Rakia is crafted with 100% natural ingredients and pure spring water. The local plums, pears, apricots, and quince are hand-harvested to craft a distillate that’s aged for a long time. Kajsija is a special sort of apricot, that is high quality that gives our rakia its significant smell and taste. Kajsija is clear and clean rakia that is made from 100% local fruit. Like our Šljiva, Kajsija is classic rakia procured through rigorously traditional processes, faithful to a heritage that goes back hundreds of years.
